Here it goes...

My name is Autumn... and I love food.
There, I said it! I love the way it tastes, it smells, how it feels on my tongue! But I would also love to fit into my pants without having to grunt, pull, tug, and sob a little.


 I am starting this blog to keep progress of my journey to lose weight. I want to make sure that I am documenting what I'm doing, and why I'm doing it. I also want
 to get feedback from my friends about things that they are trying. The more the merrier!

So, I'm about to share some very scary numbers with you. Be prepapred... What you are about to see is frightening!
When I started working out on the first of July I was at these measurements:
Bust:47
Waist:38
Abs:47
Hips:48
Thighs:30.5
Calves:17
Arms:15
Weight:241

My goals are as follows:
Bust:40
Waist:34
Abs: 42
Hips:42
Thighs:28
Calves:16
Arms:14
Weight: 210

So here it goes... I have a goal, I have a plan, and I have the motivation!

  1. What is your workout plan? I started working and have lost seven pounds but hey that weight-loss isn't going to stay steady so I need a good idea for a work out plan.

  2. I try to stick with going to the Y three times a week. During that time I spend about 20 minutes on cardio (running, racquetball, elliptical), 15 on stretches (I also include my sit-ups, crunches, push ups, and other not so intense exercises), and about 15-20 on weight lifting. Does that help?
